He offers guidance at build and design stage through the RIBA workflow, detailed drawings including system schematics, procurement, tender analysis, contractor interview process on behalf of the client, project management, attending handover for testing and system sign off, obtaining and reviewing O&M documentation, attend client meetings, contractor meetings and post installation meetings.

Scott manages the Thirteen Group security contract within the business and delivers all aspects of security designs and advice for the client.
